STRENGTH + CONDITIONING
Our strength and conditioning days are all about balance… expect an intentional selection of compound, accessory and unilateral lifts all wrapped up with a tough (but rewarding!) cardio/conditioning finisher.
METCON
MetCon (AKA metabolic conditioning) is fast, tough, and guaranteed to push your limits. It combines strength, endurance, and cardio-based training into a fast-paced workout.
Despite being anaerobic in nature, MetCon has the added benefit of improving your aerobic fitness, helping you recover faster and perform longer while also cranking up your metabolic rate – meaning you continue to burn calories long after the class is over. Expect EMOM’s, TABATA, AMRAP’s, HIIT, long burners and… to get salty!
STRENGTH
Strength sessions will focus on compound lifts - multi-joint movements that engage multiple muscle groups at once – think squat, hinge, push, pull.
Training cycles will begin with higher rep ranges that gradually decrease as the load increases, all while prioritising technique before adding weight.
Our goal is to perfect your form while steadily building strength and boosting performance.To support and enhance your main lifts, sessions will also feature a targeted mix of accessory and unilateral exercises. You’ll work on correcting imbalances and improving stability through your lower body, core, and shoulders, all while building total-body strength, muscle balance, and structural integrity for a more resilient, functional body.
BOOTY
This session is all about building a strong posterior chain (think glutes, hamstrings, and back) – playing a key role in preventing and managing lower back pain, improving posture, and boosting overall performance.
Move at your own pace—load up the glute bridges or stick with the bands, we've got options for every level. Whether you're here for the burn, the bounce, or the benefits, Booty has your back—literally.
SALTY SATURDAYS
The session we love to hate—but always show up for. Salty Saturdays bring the Salt squad together for a sweaty metabolic conditioning grind, packed with high-rep muscle endurance work and the occasional competitive twist to keep things spicy. Expect partner or team-based workouts, a whole lot of fun, and just the right amount of suffering.
Once the hard work’s done, we’ll catch up over a coffee and send you into the weekend with all the good vibes.
