Born-and-bred in Margaret River, Heidi offers eight years of experience in the fitness industry including studio management and group fitness instruction roles. Heidi has explored a wide range of training styles both in Australia and overseas, taking something valuable from each experience. She’s excited to combine the best elements into workouts that reflect what she’s loved most along the way.

ALEX

Alex may be new to coaching, but she brings a wealth of personal experience from a lifelong passion for fitness. With a background in competitive athletics, rowing, running, CrossFit, and both HIIT and strength training, she offers a well-rounded and practical understanding of what makes training effective and enjoyable.

CASSIE

With five years of experience coaching group fitness, Cassie is passionate about functional training that builds strength, enhances mobility, and improves overall performance. She loves seeing people get stronger and move better while thriving in the supportive environment of a gym community. Cassie’s approach ensures every individual is both challenged and supported in a way that reflects their own goals and capabilities.

AMY

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science (Exercise & Sport Science/Rehabilitation) and has over 7 years of coaching experience. At Salt, she brings her energy and expertise to every class, helping people of all abilities achieve their goals. Beyond the gym, Amy both plays and coaches soccer for kids aged 3–16, and works as an Exercise Scientist at Movement Solutions, where she delivers strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation programs, health screenings, and fitness consults.
