TERMS & CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIPS – COMMITMENTS, AUTO-RENEWALS, TERMINATIONS AND HOLDS 

  • We require no minimum commitment to our memberships.

  • Memberships are auto-renewed every 28 days.

  • The minimum period for which you can freeze your membership is 7 days – we require 7 days’ notice prior to this.

  • We require a minimum of a weeks’ notice to terminate memberships.

  • All notifications of termination or requests to freeze memberships MUST be via email. Requests via social media platforms, text, or phone call will be disregarded.

  • Class pass validity periods are fixed and cannot be extended.

  • All sales are non-refundable

  • Memberships and class passes may not be reassigned to another person

 

FAILED PAYMENTS

  • Should a payment be declined, Momence will automatically attempt to process the payment twice more in three-day intervals. If an auto-debit is declined three times, your membership will be terminated, and you will need to repurchase it through Momence.

  • Salt South West reserves the right to settle any debt owed including costs resulting from third party merchant fees.

 

CLASS AND OPEN GYM BOOKINGS

  • An active membership or class pass must be purchased and booked via the Momence app and our waiver signed prior to attending a class

  • The appropriate membership that includes open gym access must be purchased prior to accessing the gym outside of class times

  • Open gym users must book their open gym slot within the appointments section of Momence.

  • Open gym users must use their fob key to gain access to the open gym

  • The open gym may be accessed exclusively outside of scheduled class times. Please note that it will also be unavailable during private bookings, as indicated in the ‘Appointments’ section of Momence.

  • Allowing access to the gym for anyone without an active membership will result in the immediate termination of the member’s own membership.

 

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW’S

  • Cancellations cannot be made within 30 minutes prior to a class commencing and forfeiting the session will be regarded as a ‘no show”.

  • No shows count towards a members class pass (e.g. 10 class pass) or limited membership (e.g. 3 classes/week) and the class will not be credited.

 

WAITLISTS

  • Prior to a class commencing: When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically send an SMS to the entire waitlist, asking them to confirm that they want to be booked into the class. The first person to confirm will automatically be added to the class. Customers who don’t have a phone number on file will be contacted via email.

 

FINAL WORD 

SALT SOUTH WEST HOLDS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME, IF A MEMBER IS FOUND TO NOT BE ADHERING TO THE CONTRACT’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
