TERMS & CONDITIONS
Memberships – commitments, auto-renewals, terminations and holds
- We require no minimum commitment to our memberships.
- Memberships are auto-renewed every 28 days.
- We require two weeks’ notice to terminate memberships.
- The minimum period for which you can pause your membership is 7 days - we require 7 days’ notice prior to this.
- All notifications of termination or requests to pause memberships MUST be via email. Requests via social media platforms, text, or phone call will be disregarded.
- Class pass validity periods are fixed and cannot be extended.
- All sales are non-refundable
- Memberships and class passes may not be reassigned to another person
Failed Payments
- Should a payment be declined for any reason, Salt South West reserves the
right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed including costs
resulting from third party merchant fees.
- If an auto-debit is declined three times, a $15 fee will be charged to cover third party merchant fees
Class and open gym bookings
- An active membership or class pass must be purchased and booked via the
Momence app prior to attending a class
- The appropriate membership that includes open gym access must be
purchased prior to accessing the gym outside of class times
- Open gym users must book their open gym slot within the appointments
section of Momence.
- Open gym users must use their fob key to gain access to the open gym
- The open gym may be accessed exclusively outside of scheduled class times.
Please note that it will also be unavailable during private bookings, as
indicated in the ‘Appointments’ section of Momence.
- Allowing access to the gym for anyone without an active membership will
result in the immediate termination of the member’s own membership.
Class cancellations & no show’s
- Cancellations cannot be made within 30 minutes prior to a class commencing and forfeiting the session will be regarded as a ‘no show’.
- For every three ‘no-show’s’ in a fully booked class, members will be charged $10.
- Sessions that are not cancelled 30 minutes prior to a class commencing will be considered as ‘attended’ for members holding a class pass.
Waitlists
- Prior to 30mins of class commencing:
When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically
send an SMS to the first person on the waitlist, asking them to confirm that they want to be booked into the class. That person will have five minutes to confirm whether they want to be booked into the class before the system moves to the next customer on the waitlist. The empty spot in the class will be reserved until the system has gone through everyone on the waitlist or until someone is booked into the class from the waitlist. Customers who don’t have a phone number on file will be contacted via email.
- Within 30 minutes of the class commencing:
The system will automatically send an SMS to everyone who is on the waitlist regardless of waitlist order. The first person to respond to the SMS accepting their spot will be booked into the class.

Salt South West holds the right to cancel a membership at any time, if a member is found to not be adhering to the contract’s terms and conditions
